Bonjour, je suis Patrice GIRAUD
Notaire Associé depuis plus de vingt ans, j’ai construit l’essentiel de mon parcours en région Toulousaine avant de m’associer au sein de l’Office de Maître Clément Chaudiere à Cannes.
Titulaire d’un diplôme universitaire en Gestion de Patrimoine et d’un master en Droit Fiscal Approfondi, j’accompagne les particuliers, les familles et les entreprises sur les décisions qui engagent :
Acquérir, transmettre, organiser un patrimoine ;
Structurer ou céder une société.
Mon arrivée sur la Côte d’Azur m’a naturellement conduit vers une matière qui me passionne et que la profession notariale investit encore peu : le Droit Maritime et de la Plaisance.
J’y développe une compétence dédiée (propriété et financement de navires, structuration de la détention, domaine public maritime, transmission d’actifs nautiques) au service d’une clientèle nationale comme internationale : propriétaires, professionnels du nautisme et collectivités territoriales.
Mon objectif : conjuguer la sécurité de l’acte authentique avec une écoute attentive et des réponses claires.
A notaire (French civil-law notary) and partner for over twenty years, I built most of my career in the Toulouse region before joining the office of Maître Clément Chaudiere in Cannes.
I hold postgraduate degrees in Wealth Management and in Advanced Tax Law, and I advise individuals, families and businesses on the decisions that matter:
Acquiring, transmitting and organising wealth;
Structuring or selling a company.
Moving to the French Riviera naturally drew me towards a field I am passionate about, and one the notarial profession has so far explored too little: maritime and yachting law.
I am developing a dedicated practice in this area — yacht ownership and finance, ownership structuring, the maritime public domain, and the transmission of nautical assets — for both French and international clients: owners and yachting professionals.
My aim is simple: to combine the security of a French notarial deed with attentive listening and clear answers.
